Food is the most integral part of a person's life, no matter what race, religion or culture--everybody eats! I made this blog to help me stay accountable to myself, to eat more naturally and be healthier in every aspect of my life. I've been doing Crossfit since March 2009 and totally LOVING it! I do not follow a strict way of eating right now, I've done Weight Watchers in the past and recently ate Primal or Paleo foods. Now I've realized that I'm going to eat normal foods in healthy portions and am not going to punish myself for eating a non-Paleo food. By absolutely no means am I a professional, but I love food and cooking and hope you enjoy my blog!
