Wuttup homies?!?! Yes the Meggilizz has returned from Puerto Rico and is back on track! I had a really awesome time, I'll share some pics later on, but wanted to share some food since I haven't done that since the Crimean War.
I haven't really done any real grocery shopping in a few weeks since I have discovered Carolina Grown!! It's a great company that delivers farm-raised meat, produce, eggs, and other goodies right to your door!! This is what I had to work with
Eggs, spinach, radishes & local pork chorizo! From the Coon Rock Farm in Hillsborough, NC.
I scrambled it all together and came up with this awesome breakfast!
I'm enjoying it in front of some kick-ass music videos and some Crema coffee that I picked up in San Juan.
