Is it the weekend yet??

I swear this has been one of the most tiring weeks in a LONG TIME!!!! How are ya today my bloggie-friends?? :) I spent the whole day in the courthouse and have to go back tomorrow morning! Ughhhhhhh. Anywhoooooo--I started off the day right with a nutritious, delicious green monster: 3 cups spinach, 1 banana, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 cup almond milk, 1 scoop wheat grass, vanilla, cinnamon & 1-2 cups ice.

And a few pieces of sausage.

Days in the courthouse are usually extremely tiring and we almost always miss lunch which most of the time causes bad food decisions--remember a few weeks ago the Chinese food?? So I planned ahead and packed a big salad with spinach, celery, tomato, cucumber, almonds, dried cherries & balsamic vinaigrette. It was delicious and I feel great knowing that I didn't waste a day food-wise.

When I got home, I heated up some roast beef.

And nibbled on some sea-salt dark chocolate with a cup of tea.

I had a pretty big want for ice cream RIGHT after I ate this chocolate, but I didn't cave in. I sat with the feeling for a few minutes & it miraculously disappeared!! There's really not much on tap for this weekend (that I know of yet), I'd really like to stay around the house and relax. But the new Brad Pitt movie comes out tomorrow, so we might just run down to the movies tomorrow night!! Probably not though, since the husband isn't a big movie person.

Anyways, I'm going to get things tidied up around here a bit before heading to bed. Hope you had a good day!!!

Love the Guinness glass :) I just remembered I forgot to bring one from home down to school!

My cravings rarely pass! Well, it wouldn't hurt for me to wait long enough to give them a chance to pass haha.
