Colorful food

Good aftienoon guys!! Hope y'all are having a good day! I'm feeling very accomplished at work and attribute it to my healthy breakfast. I made myself a rainbow-monster this morning--ingredients: spinach, banana, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, wheatgrass powder, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, coconut oil & almond butter.

I stuck everything in the blender so it would be ready after Crossfit. Today's WOD:

Four Rounds:
200 m run
6 dumb-bell thrusters--I used 25lb (20lb on the last round)
15 kettle-bell swings--I used 16kg (12kg on last round)

Finished in 13:50. Here I am mid-clean, this is a great action shot!! :) Btw I'm in the grey top & black pants.
For breakfast, I made some eggs with onion & homemade sausage. It was packed with protein & très delicious!!

At lunch, Stella and I ran over to the alteration lady only to find out they were closed, so we went to Roly Poly for lunch. I got the Brown Derby Cobb (please excuse the pic, it's from my phone).


It has lettuce, spinach, tomato (ugh totally sub-par to my farmer's market tomatoes!) avocado, chicken, blue cheez, bacon and honey mustard dressing. I've got the other half of this huuuuuge salade to eat this afternooon!! Dinner tonight is going to be another salade with salmon & shrimp--I've got a bunch of spinach to use up before it goes bad!! Okay folks, well I hope you're having a good day, I'm going to get back to work!! Bye! :)
