It's another rainy day here in good ole Carolina! This morning I woke up very early (4:45am) to see the husband off to work, did a load of laundry, tidied up a bit and then left for Crossfit. It was a pretty tough workout and my legs were still sore from Tuesday!
Today's WOD--4 Rounds for Time:
20 push ball -- I used 14# ball (like a push press but with the medicine ball instead)
walking lunges (going--length of the basketball court)
broad jumps (coming back--length of the court)
I finished in 11:50 and was so happy when it was done!! I made myself an omelet with tomatillo salsa on top.
And a green monster with: 2 cups spinach, 1 banana, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 cup almond milk, cinnamon, 1 scoop whey protein powder, 1 scoop wheatgrass powder, 2 T coconut oil
I am officially out of coconut oil & have one serving left of protein powder, so I'll be stopping by the grocery store on the way home from work today!
