This is a WINNER!
It turned out fabulous and was super easy. I just sautéed up some chicken in coconut oil.
While this was cooking, I put some veggies into the oven to roast.
Poured the jar into the pan when the chicken was cooked & let it heat through. That's it!! Pretty idiot proof and very good! ☺ It is rather high in sodium for only 1/4 cup but it's a good dinner if you're in a pinch. Here's the Nutritional Information:

I just love roast zucchini & am a little sad that I'm out! Oh well, I got a huge pack of mushrooms at Sam's Club this evening to make up for the lack of zucchini. ☺
