Good Morning Vietnam! I've been up since 5:30 piddling around in the kitchen and it should make for a great day. I deboned my chicken stock and it's all ready for soup making, I'll need to stop by the store to get some new veggies. Also made some bacon to eat in my lunch salad, I baked it for about 30 minutes at 400° F ( I used a glass baking dish, it would take 20 minutes if you used a metal pan). I like my bacon crispy and this was thick bacon, actually I could've left it in the oven for another five minutes.
One piece of bacon and a green monster makes for a perfect breakfast! Here's a few before shots of the monster, you can see the banana, wheatgrass powder, green superfood & cinnamon:
