Feeling strong!

...and sore again! :(

This morning's Crossfit was awesome, comme d'habitude and totally wiped me out!

The WOD:

500m row
50 squat jumps
50 push-ups
50 KB swings (12kg)

250m row sprint
25 squat jumps
25 diamond sit-ups
25 KB swings (12kg)
500m row

A very sweaty Meggilizz finished in just about 22 minutes! All those jumping squats are responsible for some sore quads. :) ? That's me doing a KB swing
I drank a green monster in the car

After showering & getting ready for work, I decided to have a hearty breakfast of eggs with my homemade sausage. I think the sausage tastes better today than it did on Sunday! :)
