Bacon 101

Seems I need to find this class and sign up PRONTO!!

I burned the bacon this morning :( Different thicknesses of the bacon and different pans will directly affect the cooking time. I had it in my head that it takes 30 minutes in a 400° F oven BUT that was using a glass baking dish & thick-cut bacon. Today I used a metal cookie sheet and the regular thin bacon. It's a good thing I like crispy bacon & am not picky about burned things (hello brown potato chips!) or else this batch would've gone straight into the trash!!

Here's my green monster

Today I used:

1 banana
1/4 c raisins
1 c almond milk
1 scoop wheatgrass
2-3 c spinach
1 T coconut oil

And breakfast of two fried eggs

With my extra crispy bacon!

I got a late start to the day, I haven't exercised since the car accident, but I've already gotten nice & sweaty by cleaning up the house. Now I'm off to run some errands. Have a great Saturday!
