Ahhhh sleeeep!

Morning everyone!!!

I had a GREAT night's sleep and am feeling fabulous now!! It just goes to show when you take care of your body, your body takes care of you back.

Last night I made a quick dinner of sautéed onions & mushrooms, roast zucchini & yellow squash with roast beef.

The beef was cooked in the crockpot on Sunday and flavored with soy sauce, Worcestershire, salt, pepper & garlic.

After an AWESOME night's sleep :) (I think it's because it rained yesterday evening and really cooled down my house) I woke up again at 5am for Crossfit.

Today's WOD:

3 Rounds for Time in teams

50 wall ball (I used 14lb ball)
sprint


50 pushups
sprint
I was paired up with John so we split the 50 pretty evenly. It was a great workout!!!

You can tell by my sweaty-self!!

I drank a green monster in the car and whipped up some eggs with sausage & mushrooms to eat later on this morning.

I've got my white-green fusion Stash tea ready, so it's time to get to work!!
