Thank you Visitors!!!

I am WAY excited this morning to see that there are people from SIX different continents who have looked at my blog!! I'm quite new at this and all the visitors really makes me happy! So here's a big THANK YOU for checking out my site :)

This morning I woke up for Crossfit and had a great workout!
Today's WOD Five Rounds of:
6 Dumbbell flat bench presses (#=20, 20, 25, 25, 30)
20 unanchored situps
walking lunges
It was awesome and I can really feel the soreness starting in my rear end! I had a GM ready to drink in the car

Today's recipe:

2 cups spinach, 1 cup almond milk, 1 banana, 29g protein powder, 1 scoop wheatgrass, 1 scoop green superfood, vanilla & cinnamon, 1 T coconut oil

My morning snack consists of carrots, a hard-boiled egg and 1 oz of pecans & almonds.

I'm sipping on some cranberry-blood orange tea--NOM!
