I ended up saving my morning snack/salade for lunch since I wasn't hungry--I'm trying to listen to my body's hunger signals rather than my mouth wanting to eat! I cooked some chicken on my Lean Mean Grillin Masheen otherwise known as the George Foreman Grill.
Cut it into bite size chunks & put it on my salade.
Y'know since I started having green monsters for breakfast I have been eating SO much spinach that I don't eat salades anymore. This salade was so good I'm going to make a point to have a salade more often! :) I won't be posting again until tomorrow, doing IF for dinner. We are going to the store this evening so I'll be able to cook some good food tomorrow! :) I may make kababs on the grill or a roast chicken wrapped in bacon. You'll just have to tune in to find out!
