Salmon or is it SalNOM!

Well the crappy salmon has redeemed itself! This was pretty good. Not the best quality of fish, but pretty good for Aldi. :) SalNOM with broccoli and olive oil was a pretty NOM lunch if you ask me!



I've got raw veggies (carrots, cucumbers, tomato) and sunflower seeds as my afternoon snack. I may just save it to eat at dinner as I have a feeling I won't be very hungry after my lunch. And I'm going to skip dinner for IF (intermittent fasting) you can read about that at Mark's Daily Apple. Have a good evening folks! :)
