Back to the grind

Hope everyone had a good weekend! I'm back at work today & trying to get back into a good routine. I got to pick up my husband on Saturday and we had a nice weekend at home, did a lot of work in the yard. I'm SO happy that I won't have to deal with that by myself anymore!!



This morning I had rice cakes with almond butter, a soy milk-mixed berry smoothie.

My plan for today is to get a whole bunch of work done (since I missed Friday) and the husband may meet me for lunch, but we'll see. He's got a wonky schedule for the next few weeks, then about a month off!! Lucky him, huh? I'd like to go over to the trail tonight b/c I feel like I haven't done cardio in the longest time. I'm making green tea this morning instead of café, maybe it will make me feel less sluggish.
